Landmark Group named Pankaj Pal as its Management Advisor, adding over three decades of expertise in real estate development and corporate finance to the Delhi-NCR builder.
The seasoned industry veteran is set to collaborate with the company’s senior management on overall expansion plans, project design, and financing structures. He will also oversee brand management as well as sales and revenue strategies for both residential and commercial assets.
Pal graduated from IIT Kharagpur with a degree in Architecture & Planning and earned a postgraduate marketing diploma from AIMA. Over a career spanning more than three decades in the Indian real estate sector, he has held senior positions covering large-scale development, corporate financing, and business growth.
Prior to rejoining Landmark Group, Pal occupied top roles at several prominent real estate companies, such as Managing Director of Whiteland Corporation, Group Executive Director at AIPL, Chief Sales Officer for M3M India and Ireo, and Executive Director of Sales & Corporate Finance at Vatika Group. He also formerly held the position of Executive Director within Landmark Group, returning with intimate knowledge of the company as it advances current and future developments.
