Gaurs Group has renewed its collaboration with Seaform Germany, a producer of modular kitchen and wardrobe systems, to deliver over 10,000 high-end kitchen solutions across its residential developments in the coming five years. The agreement, worth ₹150 crore, follows Seaform’s successful integration at Trecento Residences by Gaurs, where its designs reinforced the project’s upscale positioning.
Five-Year Rollout Across Multiple Projects
The partnership covers five current developments, The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis, and Gaur Alaris, along with new ventures in Crossing Republik, Sector 129, and Sector 150. Seaform’s German-designed systems, recognized for their exacting production and artisanal standards, will now serve as the standard across these units.
Seaform’s German production plants merge cutting-edge automation with traditional craftsmanship, producing kitchen and storage systems featuring refined finishes. This arrangement supports Gaurs Group’s strategy of incorporating global expertise to enhance residential construction standards.
This is not Gaurs Group’s first alliance with international brands to refine its projects. Previous collaborations included TOTO and GROHE for bathroom fixtures, K-NEST for window systems, and Elematic, a Finnish precast concrete specialist, for kitchen infrastructure. Each partnership demonstrates a commitment to reliability, precision, and operational efficiency.
