Florida realtor found dead in home, sister arrested for second-degree murder

A Florida community is devastated after a well-respected realtor was found dead in her home and police charged her younger sister with a second-degree murder.

according to the St. Petersburg Police Department, 54-year-old Sherry Lynn Howard was found dead in her home on in St. Petersburg. Petersburg, Florida on Tuesdays.

Police said Charee Howard, a licensed osteopathic physician, called 911 at about 3:30 pm saying that she had choked her to death. The sisters lived together at home and no one else was home at the time.

California man turns the tables on home squatters

A Nevada handyman turned the tables on squatters who invaded his mother’s California home, after local officials said they could offer no assistance getting them out.

Flash Shelton, executive director of the Las Vegas-based United Handyman Association, said in a YouTube video that the trouble began after his father died and his mother could no longer live in the family home — which was then put up for rent.

A woman who identified herself as a prison guard reached out to Shelton looking to rent the Northern California house, but couldn’t offer any money or credit.
