Man who shot and killed a lodge valet within the Gaslamp in August 2021 discovered responsible of homicide

A jury discovered Travis Sarreshteh responsible for opening hearth within the Gaslamp District, killing lodge valet Justice Boldin and injuring 4 others.

SAN DIEGO — A 34-year-old San Diego man has been discovered responsible of murdering a lodge valet employee who was gunned down outdoors of the Pendry Lodge within the Gaslamp in April 2021.

A jury immediately, September 14, discovered Travis Sarreshteh responsible of homicide, tried homicide, and assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

The capturing occurred in April 2021, when Sarreshteh opened hearth, killing Justice Boldin, 28, who was working as a valet on the time and later capturing 4 different males simply blocks away.

Based on police, Sarreshteh used a ghost gun.

“He fired two to 3 photographs, and after he hit the bottom, he rotated and shot him once more,” witness Chris Luciano advised CBS 8 again in April 2022.

Moments later, Sarreshteh opened hearth on a bunch of mates who have been strolling dwelling.

Vincent Gazzani was a kind of photographs that night time.

Gazzani advised CBS 8 that Sarreshteh yelled at his group to get out of his manner, then requested in the event that they have been laughing at him.

Police arrived shortly after the capturing and arrested Sarreshteh.

Sarreshteh’s sentencing is schedule for January 2023.
