Major Proposes Zoning Code Amendments to Turn New York into a ‘City of Yes’

Major Eric Adams has proposed three sprawling amendments to the city’s zoning code that he says would transform the Big Apple from a mess of red tape to a “City of Yes.”

Brooklyn Landlord to Pay Tenants Thousands for Harassment

Real estate company Greenbrook Partners, which has been accused by its Brooklyn tenants of predatory, abusive and illegal tactics, and its managing partner Greg Fournier have to pay the city $100,000 and its tenants thousands more as part of a settlement with State Attorney General Letitia James .
