On June 23, 2022, the American Bankers Association and 51 state bankers associations released a letter to the federal financial regulators1 that describes the principles the regulators should use when developing guidance and regulations on environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) issues (“Industry Letter”).2 These principles reflect the industry’s view on how the government can maintain a free-market financial system that also addresses national and global challenges.

According to a new report, there has been a legal update in the case regarding Tammy Sytch, perhaps best known to wrestling fans for her time in WWE as Sunny.

Sytch is currently facing criminal proceedings, charged with DUI Manslaughter in Florida and in an update, a previous petition by her legal representative has been granted.

Steven deLaroche, the attorney who had been tasked with representing Sytch had filed a motion to withdraw from the case and now PWInsider is reporting the hearing has taken place granting the petition.

Rents in the UK Rise to Record Levels

Interest Rates Rise in the UK

Given that mortgage rates are set to rise because of the rising interest rates, many buy-to-let investors will be having to pay more on their mortgages as lenders raise their rates to meet the Bank of England’s base rate.
